Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Dasher Financial banking business, with the goal of scaling it toward a GM-level: driving user growth, revenue levers, cost-to-serve reductions, and greater in-house control. You will manage sponsor bank and processor relationships, own P&L tradeoffs, and negotiate terms to build a scaled, commercial operation.

You will run externally facing partnerships, shape the operating model, and lead a team of operators while reporting to DoorDash

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in running a business line, large operational surface, or P&L.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to trade off business levers with impact on the P&L.
• Proven negotiation experience and ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L – user growth, revenue per user, and cost to serve.
• Build the operating model for a regulated financial product: service levels, vendor accountability, escalation paths, and controls.
