Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to run our banking business and grow into the GM of it. This is a scaled, revenue-generating, regulated program with sponsor bank and processor partners. You will shape the business by balancing user growth, revenue levers, and cost-to-serve, while negotiating terms with partners and owning critical relationships.

You will lead a team of operators, stay hands-on, and drive the function to operate under tighter control as the banking operation expands.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L - user growth, revenue per user, and cost to serve
• Build the operating model for a regulated financial product: service levels, vendor accountability, escalation paths, and the controls that keep the program healthy
• Own our external partnerships end to end and represent the business in negotiations
• Find the next revenue levers in a business that already has scale, and make the case for what we should invest in
• Develop and lead a team of operators, and build the bench that lets the business grow faster than headcount
