Job summary

Lyten, Inc. in San Jose, CA, seeks a Manager, Sales Operations & Order Administration to own end-to-end order-to-cash—from CRM hygiene and pipeline forecasting through order entry, fulfillment coordination, and revenue recognition handoff.

This hands-on, player-coach role will build scalable systems, lead a small team, and partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal to ensure on-time shipments and SOX-compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, operations, materials science, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor's with 7+ years.
• Experience owning order-to-cash in hardware/manufacturing/industrial B2B environments.
• Deep Salesforce expertise (admin-level) and ERP integration experience.
• Strong forecasting, pipeline analytics, and KPI experience; advanced Excel/Sheets.
• Track record building processes and SOPs from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own the full Salesforce instance: data quality, opportunity stages, account hierarchy, dashboards, and reporting cadence.
• Drive forecast processes and variance analysis for executives and the board.
• Lead order administration: onboarding, entry, acknowledgment, changes, and shipment coordination.
• Own end-to-end order-to-cash workflow: pricing approvals, deal desk, contract review, PO validation, ERP release, revenue handoff.
• Maintain knowledge of outbound logistics to troubleshoot fulfillment without escalations.
• Define SOPs and lead CRM-ERP-CPQ integration projects; coach a small team.
