Job summary

Lyten, Inc. in San Jose, CA seeks a Sr. Salesforce Techno-Functional Analyst to lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.

You will partner with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business needs into secure, high-performing platform capabilities delivering measurable value. Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s in a related field with 3+ years MES experience, or Bachelor’s with 5+ years Salesforce exp
• Hands-on Apex, SOQL, LWC, and declarative automation (Flow)
• Strong Salesforce platform architecture understanding
• End-to-end solutions design including integrations and data-intensive programs
• Excellent stakeholder management and delivery focus
• Knowledge of GDPR and privacy in CRM
• Salesforce APIs REST/SOAP and integration patterns
• Data modeling, migration, cleansing, deduplication
• Security model (profiles, roles, sharing) and least-privilege
• Reporting and dashboards for operational visibility
• DevOps: Salesforce DX, Git-based workflows, CI/CD

Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture and technical delivery across Salesforce products
• Lead discovery workshops; produce architecture diagrams and specs
• Design/deliver custom apps, enhancements, and automations using Flow, Apex, LWC
• Architect and implement external system integrations
• Define data management practices and migration strategies
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance in line with best practices
• Provide technical leadership through code/design reviews
• Troubleshoot platform issues and implement durable fixes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize work and ensure timely delivery
