Job summary

Lyten, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Sales Operations & Order Administration to own the end-to-end order-to-cash process across CRM, ERP, and finance. You will lead a small team, improve SOPs, and drive data-driven decisions for pipeline, pricing, and revenue recognition.

You will partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure on-time shipments and accurate invoicing as Lyten scales its U.S. operations in a fast-moving manufacturing startup environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in business, operations, or engineering with 5+ years in hardware/manufacturing.
• Proven ownership of order-to-cash processes in B2B environments.
• Hands-on Salesforce expertise with ERP integrations.
• Strong forecasting, analytics, and KPI development ability.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce data quality, opportunity stages, and dashboards for sales.
• Lead forecast process and variance analysis for execs and board.
• Build KPIs and operating cadence for commercial teams.
• Oversee order administration and end-to-end order-to-cash workflow.
• Coordinate pricing approvals, contracts, and revenue handoffs to Finance.
• Partner with Logistics to ensure on-time shipments and AR accuracy.
