Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture across Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and related capabilities.
• Lead discovery workshops; create architecture diagrams, data models, integration specs, and plans.
• Design and deliver custom apps, enhancements, and automations using declarative and programmatic tools.
• Architect integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Define data migration, cleansing, deduplication, and data model optimization.
• Ensure security, scalability, and governance per Salesforce best practices.
• Provide technical leadership through code/design reviews and CI/CD guidance.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and implement durable fixes for reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
