Job summary

Lyten is seeking a highly organized Customer & Order Management Specialist to serve as the operational backbone for our commercial and supply chain teams in a fast-growing environment. You will manage quotes, orders, inventory, and billing while supporting cross-functional collaboration with sales, manufacturing, and finance.

The role emphasizes accuracy, customer focus, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities across ERP/CRM systems in a high-growth manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in sales operations, administration, or order management; OR 10+ years of proven experience in business administration, customer support, and operations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems; direct experience using Oracle NetSuite for quoting and order entry is highly preferred.
• Strong administrative skills with high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, professional interfacing with external customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and issue accurate customer quotes and proposals within NetSuite.
• Manage end-to-end order entry, ensuring all customer purchase orders are processed promptly and accurately.
• Maintain and update customer records, pricing tiers, and order statuses in ERP/CRM systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer follow-ups regarding order status, shipping timelines, and product availability.
• Proactively communicate delays or issues to customers and internal sales teams to maintain high satisfaction.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, warehouse, and supply chain teams to reconcile inventory records and prevent stockouts or overages.
• Partner with Finance to resolve payment discrepancies, billing issues, and accounts receivable resolution.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to sales and operations teams.
