The role requires leading compensation thought leadership across base pay, market pricing, job architecture, and annual planning, delivering insights to attract and retain top talent in North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in compensation.
• Strong experience designing and administering sales incentive and variable compensation programs.
• Broad-based compensation experience including market pricing, job evaluation, and annual planning.
• B2B and B2C experience.
• Workday experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and governance of sales incentive plans.
• Provide consulting on base pay, market pricing, and annual planning.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Sales Ops to ensure competitive programs.
• Model costs and payouts; advise on plan changes.
