Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Engagement – Risk & Resilience to lead advisory, commercial, and delivery efforts across our Risk & Resilience practice. This role will shape major enterprise pursuits, oversee client engagements, and ensure governance and value delivery.

The ideal candidate brings senior consulting experience in risk, resilience, cybersecurity, AI, and cloud, with a record of executive-level engagement and delivery leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• Experience in consulting, advisory services, risk, resilience, cybersecurity, or related areas.
• Experience leading complex enterprise engagements involving multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Experience shaping opportunities and translating business challenges into advisory solutions.
• Experience developing and reviewing SOWs, proposals, pricing, scopes, and engagement plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership across a portfolio of Risk & Resilience pursuits and client engagements.
• Lead discovery sessions, executive workshops, proposal development, and pursuit presentations.
• Shape client problems and define advisory approaches, scope, solution, and value.
• Ensure engagements are structured around measurable client outcomes.
• Provide senior-level support for strategic client presentations and executive decision-making.
• Oversee delivery governance across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Mentor engagement teams and coordinate expertise across security, cloud, AI, and compliance.
