Job summary

Spectrum Business is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Engagement - Risk & Resilience to provide senior advisory, commercial, and delivery leadership across the practice. You will shape major enterprise pursuits, oversee a portfolio of client engagements, establish governance, and ensure an integrated Risk & Resilience perspective informs strategy and transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with extensive enterprise technology sales or advisory experience.
• Experience in consulting, advisory services, risk, resilience, cybersecurity, technology transformation, or related discipline.
• Experience leading complex enterprise advisory engagements with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Experience shaping complex client opportunities and translating ambiguous business challenges into structured advisory solutions.
• Experience developing and reviewing SOWs, proposals, pricing approaches, scopes, resource models, and engagement plans.
• Experience delivering leadership across multiple concurrent client engagements and advising senior enterprise stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership across a portfolio of Risk & Resilience pursuits and client engagements.
• Define client problems, advisory approach, scope, solution, and value proposition in collaboration with sales and subject matter experts.
• Lead or oversee discovery, executive workshops, proposals, and pursuit presentations.
• Ensure engagements are structured around measurable client outcomes and deliverable governance.
• Oversee pricing, scope governance, and engagement economics across opportunities.
• Mentor teams and ensure delivery quality and executive-readout readiness.
