Gong is seeking a Commercial Revenue Architect to partner with customers and drive revenue transformation using Gong’s AI Operating System. You’ll architect workflows, guide executive stakeholders, and accelerate adoption to achieve measurable revenue outcomes across the lifecycle.

Based in one of Gong’s hubs (Austin, Chicago, NYC, Salt Lake City, SF), you will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey, ROI-focused value realization, and long-term

Competenze

• 1–3+ years in a customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven track record engaging with VP/C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven with ability to translate insights into action.
