Job summary

Gong is seeking a Commercial Revenue Architect to partner with customers and guide revenue transformation using Gong’s AIOS. You will architect workflows, accelerate adoption, and realize business results across the revenue lifecycle.

You will work with senior GTM leaders to map processes to AI-driven outcomes, quantify ROI, and drive renewal and expansion while collaborating with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing, and executives.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in a customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience owning relationships with VP/C-suite stakeholders and ROI discussions.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing and executives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset focused on measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Transformation Strategy: Partner with senior GTM leaders to modernize revenue operations through Gong’s AIOS.
• Workflow Architecture: Map current-state processes to AI-driven workflows that translate to revenue outcomes.
• Adoption and Change Management: Drive adoption initiatives that embed Gong into daily team rhythms.
• Value Realization: Use data-driven insights to quantify measurable business outcomes and demonstrate Gong’s ROI.
• Renewal and Expansion Management: Own renewal strategy and execution, partnering with cross-functional teams for growth.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience across the journey.
