Job summary

Gong seeks a Vice President of Product Marketing to lead the global PMM function. You will shape Gong’s narrative, messaging, and GTM execution to define leadership in Revenue AI and drive growth across products and platforms.

Reporting to the CMO, you will partner with Product and GTM teams, guiding strategic positioning, launches, and enablement efforts that translate product depth into measurable customer value and market leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B enterprise software (SaaS preferred).
• Experience positioning AI or technically sophisticated products in a fast-moving category.
• Hands-on with PMM workflows and enabling GTM teams with contextual, real-time content.

Responsibilities

• Deep product and customer understanding to align roadmaps with customer needs.
• Own Gong’s strategic narrative, messaging, and positioning across platforms.
• Lead launches and enablement to drive growth, adoption, and revenue.
• Develop differentiated value propositions for priority industries and buyer personas.
