Job summary

Porch Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Operations to drive strategic initiatives and scale our consumer services operations.

You will own end-to-end delivery, partner with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Operations, Finance and Legal to align priorities and ensure measurable outcomes. You will establish operating rhythms, manage planning cycles, and monitor KPIs to inform leadership and enable board-ready reporting.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of experience in strategy or business operations.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable results.
• Strong bias to action, comfortable with ambiguity and urgency.
• Excellent communication and executive presence across stakeholders.
• Experience building internal operating cadences, dashboards, and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives from definition through execution.
• Develop strategies aligned with business goals, constraints, and market dynamics.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Operations, Finance and Legal to align priorities.
• Establish operating rhythm: annual planning, quarterly reviews, and KPI monitoring.
• Support leadership with board-ready updates and communications.
