Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics (required); MBA a plus.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in M&A, partnerships, or business development; Property & Casualty insurance exp preferred.
• 2–4 years in M&A integration within a matrixed org.
• Proven program management skills for large-scale, complex projects (M&A, org change, process redesign).
• Experience evaluating acquisition opportunities and managing day-to-day transactions.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen acquisition targets and assess strategic/financial fit.
• Support due diligence and coordinate cross-functional teams to close deals.
• Create detailed integration project plans with milestones, risks, and resources.
• Lead integration efforts and develop an integration toolkit for high-volume M&A.
• Drive enterprise business development, pipeline building, and partner relationships.
• Lead strategy projects from scoping to execution with VP guidance.
