Job summary

Porch Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Operations to lead the Business Operations function, reporting to the Head of Business Operations. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, owning outcomes and scaling initiatives across Porch Consumer Services, including moves, housing setup, and protection of homes.

Qualifications

• 6-12 years of experience in strategy or business operations.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution with measurable results.
• Strong bias to action; comfortable operating with ambiguity and focusing on outcomes over process.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to align stakeholders across diverse teams.
• Experience building and running internal operating cadences, including business reviews and planning cycles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives from definition through execution, including launching and scaling new products and services.
• Develop strategies grounded in business goals, constraints, and market dynamics, supported by rigorous analysis.
• Develop a deep understanding of customers, providers, and partners to inform strategy and priorities.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to align on priorities, remove blockers, and move with urgency.
• Establish and run the operating rhythm of the division, including annual planning cycles, quarterly business reviews, and ongoing goal tracking.
• Drive adoption of shared dashboards and reports, maintain visibility into initiative KPIs, and surface insights with clear recommendations.
• Support leadership team preparation for company and board-level reviews.
• Serve as a member of the Porch Consumer Services leadership team.
