Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with internal departments and vendors.
• Prepare electronic transfers, check runs, and payments promptly.
• Monitor job costs and vendor information with field staff.
• Reconcile accounts payable and assist month-end close.
• Maintain vendor records and payment terms.
• Develop and maintain accounts payable procedures.
• Follow internal controls to ensure compliance.
