Ideal candidates have 7+ years leading CV/DL teams and 5+ years building CV models, with strong MLOps experience and a startup mindset for fast-paced environments. U.S. ET-state residence required.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Vision, AI, CS or related field.
• 7+ years of engineering leadership experience delivering CV/DL teams.
• 5+ years hands-on CV model building or CV algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2-3 ML engineering teams focused on CV and DL on-edge devices.
• Architect end-to-end video analytics pipelines for real-time use.
• Collaborate with firmware, hardware, and AI research for integration.
• Drive high-performance ML inference to maximize throughput and minimize latency.
• Define and track performance benchmarks for mission-critical systems.
• Mentor and develop ML and CV engineers, building a strong team culture.
