Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, economics, business, accounting or related field.
• 8+ years of experience, preferably in personal property (fixed asset) valuation.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors and external professionals.
• Self-starter with drive to work independently and in teams.
• ASA accreditation preferred.
• Strong financial analysis and review skills to identify issues in financial statements.
