Job summary

Kiva seeks a Senior Manager, Public Relations to lead PR, media strategy, and thought leadership efforts across the Communications & Influence team. You will drive campaigns with partners, narrative development, and analytics to expand Kiva's external media presence.

The role supports borrower stories, impact metrics, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Partnerships to elevate Kiva’s brand and mission. A remote, US-based position with visa-free work options is listed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in public relations and media relations, including direct media pitching and securing earned coverage.
• Experience developing and executing thought leadership strategy and channel activation.
• Experience coordinating multi-partner campaigns across internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead PR and media strategy, campaigns, and influencer amplification across key channels.
• Coordinate end-to-end partner campaigns with corporate and CSR partners, Lending Partners, hubs and foundations.
• Own LinkedIn strategy and content amplification, driving visibility and engagement.
