Job summary

Integrated Dermatology seeks a Senior Manager – Provider Compensation to lead the provider compensation accounting function for a large multi-state practice network. The role ensures accurate, timely calculations, accounting, and reporting for 200+ physicians and providers.

You will own the master compensation matrix, translate contracts into formulas, and partner with Legal, Operations, HR, Payroll, Revenue Cycle, and Finance to drive scalable, auditable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial controls.
• Experience with complex provider compensation models.

Responsibilities

• Lead provider compensation team across multiple entities.
• Own monthly close process for provider compensation.
• Maintain master compensation matrix and calculation models.
• Translate contractual terms into auditable formulas.
• Partner with Legal, HR, Operations, Payroll, Revenue Cycle, and Finance.
• Provide dashboards and reports on compensation metrics.
