Job summary

United Derm Partners is seeking a Manager of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS to lead health and welfare plans, compensation programs, and the HRIS environment for a multi-state dermatology practice of about 800 employees across 44 locations.

In this role you will manage open enrollment, market pricing, pay range maintenance, and data integrity across markets, partnering with HR leadership, finance, and operations to drive sound pay decisions and system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Five+ years of progressive HR experience, including compensation and benefits responsibilities.
• Experience administering multi-site health and welfare and retirement plans.
• Experience building salary structures and market pricing using published survey data.
• Hands-on HRIS administration and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and voluntary benefits across locations.
• Lead annual renewal process with brokers and carriers and propose design/contribution options.
• Oversee open enrollment cycles and employee communications.
• Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, and third‑party administrators.
• Oversee ACA eligibility tracking, reporting, and compliance across states.
• Develop and maintain salary structures, pay grades, and geographic differentials.
• Support provider compensation and partnership discussions as needed.
• Own job architecture and documentation; ensure consistency across locations.
