CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Controls to provide enterprise leadership for our project controls function across a large, complex portfolio of integrated design-build projects for municipal, industrial, and federal clients. This role will establish governance, systems, analytics, and talent to deliver projects safely, profitably, and predictably.

Qualifications

15+ years of related experience in project controls or enterprise project control leadership.
Bachelor's degree required; PMP or PgM preferred.
Experience with integrated design-build and alternative delivery in the AEC industry.

Responsabilités

Lead enterprise project controls strategy, standards, and governance across units and regions.
Establish controls for design-build, CMAR, and other delivery models; align cost, schedule, risk, and commercial controls.
Strengthen budgeting, scheduling, earned value, forecasting, and change management.
Develop dashboards and actionable insights for margin, backlog and cash flow.
Lead modernization of platforms, data, workflows, and AI-enabled forecasting.
Manage document controls, records, and digital project delivery.
Build and mentor a distributed team of schedulers, cost controllers, and document control professionals.
