Lead business development, forge strategic partnerships, and expand production services across sports, entertainment, and corporate clients.

Role focuses on developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and maximizing utilization of production assets, with travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
6+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, media production, sports, or related field.
Proven track record generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Experience selling production services, creative solutions, media assets, facilities, or related capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve annual revenue targets.
Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with sports properties, broadcasters, leagues, agencies, brands, and corporate clients.
Lead commercialization of the NASCAR Production Facility (NPF) including studio space and remote capabilities.
Sell NASCAR Productions' creative services including post-production and branded content.
Develop proposals, scopes, budgets, pricing structures, and service agreements.
Partner with Finance and Legal teams to negotiate profitable engagements.
Create sales presentations, case studies, pricing materials, and other resources.
Monitor industry trends and expand service offerings.
Position NASCAR Productions as a leading provider in live production and creative services.
