Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Sr Manager, Quality Systems Product Marketing Growth & LCM based in Irvine, CA.

The role drives product-line growth, lifecycle management, and market strategy from launch through obsolescence, partnering with Market Access, Scientific Affairs, Regional Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain. This position leads franchise strategy, on-market lifecycle decisions, and market assessments, translating strategy into plans and commercial inputs with limited

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent; advanced degree desirable.
8+ years in diagnostics/biotech/med-devices with sales and regional marketing experience.
Proven record of LCM of a product portfolio in a matrix environment.
Advanced knowledge of marketing methodologies and processes.
Able to translate segment/franchise strategy into concrete product-line plans and objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead franchise growth strategy and long-range planning across the product family.
Own on-market lifecycle management, prioritization, CAPA, and obsolescence decisions.
Conduct market research and opportunity assessment, synthesize VOC and trends into segment plans.
Shape value propositions and messaging with evidence from clinical data and customer language.
Track revenue, mix, margins, and KPIs using dashboards to drive corrective actions.
