Bio-Rad Laboratories is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Quality Systems Informatics based in Irvine, CA. You will drive NPD and sustaining activities across the lifecycle, aligning strategy with regulatory and stakeholder needs to maximize portfolio value and customer satisfaction.

Role focuses on translating strategy into concrete profiles, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring launches, upgrades, and obsolescence are executed with robust business cases and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing; advanced degree desirable.
• 8+ years in Diagnostics/Biotech/Med-Devices or related systems product roles.
• Advanced knowledge of marketing methodologies, concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Able to translate segment and franchise strategy into concrete product-line plans, commercial hypotheses, and measurable objectives.
• Able to collect and interpret voice-of-customer, competitive information, and usage data.

Responsibilities

• Translate segment strategy and customer feedback into target product profiles and system requirements.
• Lead selected systems NPD and sustaining projects with complete documentation.
• Build roadmaps aligning product strategy with regulatory and programmatic requirements.
• Coordinate lifecycle actions with R&D and Global Supply Chain for upgrades and continuity.
• Ensure launch readiness and clear upgrade paths for regions and SKUs.
