You will lead new product development and sustaining efforts across the lifecycle, partnering with R&D, Global Supply Chain, and Quality/Regulatory. You will translate portfolio strategy into system-level requirements, build business cases, and guide cross-functional teams through NPD and sustaining programs, ensuring market needs are reflected in roadmaps and that upgrades,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing; advanced degree desirable.
• 8+ years in Diagnostics/Biotech/Med-Devices or related systems product, marketing, engineering, or program roles.
• Advanced knowledge of marketing methodologies, concepts, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Translate segment strategy and customer feedback into target product profiles and system-level requirements.
• Serve as voice of business for selected systems NPD and sustaining projects with complete documentation.
• Build roadmaps aligning product strategy with regulatory and programmatic requirements.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate changes with R&D and Global Supply Chain.
• Ensure internal readiness for launches and major enhancements.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing

Advanced degree (MS, MPH, MBA or similar) desirable
