Job summary

Flywire is seeking a seasoned analytics leader to serve as Senior Manager, Business Analytics within the Data & Analytics team. You will guide how Flywire measures and optimizes performance across product and client analytics, leading a team of Senior BI analysts while delivering scalable analytics solutions and self-service capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data science with client-facing or product analytics focus.
• Proven people leadership experience building high-performing analytics teams.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Looker, Sigma, and dashboard design for end-user self-service.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with modern data stacks (BigQuery, dbt).
• Experience defining and governing product or client-facing metrics frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analytics professionals with clear goals tied to business priorities.
• Own design and delivery of dashboards, reports, and insights that demonstrate ROI and enable data-driven decisions.
• Govern the product metrics framework across Flywire’s verticals and ensure consistent definitions and visibility.
• Champion self-service analytics with intuitive dashboards for client and product use cases.
• Collaborate with account management to translate client needs into scalable analytics offerings.
• Partner with Data Engineering to ensure upstream data models support reporting needs and data quality is high.
• Drive cross-functional alignment so client and product reporting is coherent across the analytics ecosystem.
• Shape the analytics roadmap as a senior thought partner to maximize impact for clients and product organization.
• Stay informed on fintech analytics trends to elevate Flywire’s client analytics offerings.
