Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or SPHR/GPHR is preferred.
• 8+ years in Global People Operations with high-growth experience.
• Strong experience in employment law within the Americas.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to design and execute scalable People Ops programs.
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Project management experience delivering complex programs at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of global People Team programs and processes.
• Drive Americas-region operations with regional customization.
• Embed values while ensuring compliance with local laws.
