Job summary

Flywire is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager focused on internal Human Capital Management systems such as Workday, ideally with a FinTech background.

You will lead significant enterprise initiatives, partner with senior leaders, and drive outcomes across the enterprise systems portfolio. You will own multi-year roadmaps, mentor teams, influence architecture for scalability and security, and advance Agile practices across functions while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on enterprise technology systems.
• Experience leading high-impact, cross-functional product initiatives from strategy to delivery.
• Deep understanding of enterprise platform ecosystems (Salesforce, Workday, integration platforms).
• Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership and C-suite.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile at scale and guiding teams on product best practices.
• Analytical mindset with strong data analysis, modeling, and business case development.
• Experience managing indirect team members and mentoring product professionals.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for significant enterprise system areas.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify and prioritize high-value technology investments.
• Translate complex business challenges into well-defined product requirements and plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Establish and govern product metrics frameworks to drive business value.
• Drive platform architecture discussions for scalability and security.
• Champion Agile best practices across teams.
• Mentor junior and mid-level Product Managers.
• Represent product management in enterprise architecture reviews.
• Build relationships with vendors and evaluate platform capabilities.
