Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing or a related field.
• Deep experience across SEO, SEM, web optimization and digital acquisition.
• Strong understanding of how AI and LLMs are changing search, content discovery and buyer behavior.
• Experience with AEO, GEO optimization and AI-enabled marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own Flywire’s global digital marketing strategy across organic search, paid search, AI-driven discovery, web and other digital acquisition channels.
• Evolve SEO strategy with AEO and GEO approaches and improve content discovery in AI-powered search.
• Partner with content/product marketing to create high-performing digital experiences and improve conversion.
• Use data to optimize campaigns, personalize journeys and measure impact on revenue.
