Job summary

Flywire is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to shape how we present data to clients, using interactive in-app reporting and bespoke analytics. You will lead cross-functional projects, contribute to BI stack development, and translate complex data into actionable insights that demonstrate ROI from our partnerships.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in BI/data analytics, comfort with Looker, Sigma, and Salesforce, and strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and guide data-driven decisions

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of BI, product, data or analytics experience.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong BI tool experience; Looker or Sigma preferred.
• Comfort presenting to internal/external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication translating data into insights.
• Emerging data science skills and AI awareness.
• Familiar with AI tools and LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Set vision for how we communicate data and value to clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver analyses showing value and ROI.
• Lead design and development of customer-facing dashboards.
• Work with product/engineering to ensure secure, scalable reporting.
