Flywire is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own and evolve our global digital marketing strategy across education, travel, B2B and healthcare verticals. You will drive AI-driven discovery, SEO/SEM, and website performance to influence how buyers research and engage with Flywire.

You’ll partner across teams to optimize paid media, content, and conversion, while building repeatable AI-enabled workflows and frameworks to measure impact and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing or related field.
• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, web optimization and digital acquisition.
• Deep understanding of how AI and LLMs are changing search, content discovery and buyer behavior.
• Experience with AEO, GEO and optimization for generative search experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own Flywire’s global digital marketing strategy across organic and paid channels, AI-driven discovery and web performance.
• Evolve SEO and implement AEO/GEO strategies to surface content in AI-powered search experiences.
• Collaborate with content, product marketing and demand generation to build high-performing digital experiences.
• Lead measurement framework across SEO, paid media, web, conversion and AI discovery; translate data into actionable insights.
• Stay ahead of AI and marketing tech trends and pilot AI-enabled workflows to scale marketing.
