Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager on the Price & Value Innovation team to shape holistic, customer‑centric price and value strategies that drive growth in sales units and customer trips. You will partner with Finance, IT and Marketing to translate insights into actionable plans across regions and channels.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in retail analytics, mastery of Excel and PowerPoint, and hands‑on experience with Python, SQL, Oracle and Tableau. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years in retail analytics.
• Ability to operate in an ambiguous, innovative environment.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with Python, SQL, Oracle, and data visualization tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep customer and market analyses to accelerate growth.
• Build category-level price and value plans.
• Analyze customer segments and behavior to optimize prices and promos.
• Develop promotional analytics tools to support campaigns.
• Manage large datasets and SQL-based reporting; create dashboards.
• Create Tableau and Excel dashboards for KPIs across Merchandizing.
• Oversee legacy dashboards in Price Value; collaborate with Finance, IT, Marketing.
