Qualifications

Fifteen plus years in retail merchandising, pricing strategy, promotions, marketing, product, technology, or related leadership roles.
Strong analytical, financial, and strategic problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication, executive storytelling, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead retail pricing strategy, including price architecture, guardrails, and business rules.
Partner with merchandising, promotions, analytics, technology, and operations to align pricing with category objectives.
