CVS Health is seeking a senior leader to shape the Price & Value strategy for the retail organization in Hartford. You will drive pricing, promotions, coupons and loyalty initiatives to grow customers and profitability, while aligning stakeholders across merchandising, marketing and operations.

You will translate insights into robust frameworks, guiding day-to-day decisions and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable financial impact with a focus on customer behavior and competitiveness.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in pricing, promotions, merchandising, loyalty, customer strategy, retail strategy, or related leadership roles.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in complex, matrixed environments.
• Demonstrated success defining strategy and translating it into operating models and measurable outcomes.
• Deep experience balancing customer, commercial, operational, and technology considerations across pricing and promotions.
• Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving capabilities with framework/guideline setting in ambiguity.
• Experience advancing data, analytics, technology and AI-enabled decision-support capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience leading large-scale strategic transformation and governance redesign.
• Strong executive communication and storytelling skills.
• Track record of building high-performing teams and developing leaders.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead the retail Price & Value strategy to drive customer growth and profitability.
• Identify opportunities for segment growth, category penetration, trip frequency and engagement.
• Align stakeholders around priorities, tradeoffs and success metrics for the Price & Value agenda.
