Qualifications

• 15+ years in retail merchandising, pricing strategy, promotions, marketing, or related leadership roles.
• 10+ years of leadership experience, including building high-performing teams, succession planning, and developing strong leaders
• Proven ability to define pricing strategy and translate it into business rules, decision frameworks, and measurable business outcomes
• Strong analytical, financial, and strategic problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication, executive storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using advanced analytics, optimization, and modern decision-support capabilities to improve pricing effectiveness

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategy and guardrails for everyday prices across stores and digital channels.
• Partner with merchandising, promotions, analytics, technology, and operations to align pricing with category objectives.
• Deliver pricing analytics, modeling, and scenario evaluation to identify growth opportunities.
• Establish governance and decision guardrails for pricing consistency and category flexibility.
• Lead a pricing organization of about 25 colleagues, guiding development and performance
