Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta seeks an experienced Director of Practice Operations to oversee day-to-day clinic operations, staffing, scheduling, and the delivery of a high-quality patient and family experience across multiple locations.

You will monitor and improve revenue generation, optimize the revenue cycle, develop operating budgets, and partner with clinical leaders to implement strategic initiatives.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of operations experience with financial and HR background.
• Experience in a physician practice setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare systems and technology.

Responsabilidades

• Direct day-to-day practice operations including staffing and access.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, access, revenue, and costs.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing support to providers and staff.
• Forecast budgets and interpret data with action plans.
• Manage revenue cycle, coding, and denial monitoring.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and drive initiatives.
