Job summary
CHANEL is seeking a Senior Manager, People Analytics, Insights & AI Enablement in New York City. You will lead US People Analytics strategy, build dashboards, and translate workforce data into actionable insights using Power BI and AI tools.
The role focuses on responsible AI use, governance, and partnering with People Operations and Tech. You will drive analytics roadmaps, create predictive models for workforce planning, and enable self-service analytics for HR leaders while overseeing Voices
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR analytics, or related field.
- Hands-on analytics fluency with Power BI and AI-enabled platforms.
- Experience applying AI to HR processes and building AI agents/automation.
Responsibilities
- Define the P&O analytics roadmap and standard dashboards for US insights.
- Translate workforce data into actionable insights and forward-looking models.
- Define P&O technology strategy and AI use-case framing for future operating model.
- Drive responsible AI adoption and data governance within P&O.
