Job summary

CHANEL, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for People Analytics, Insights & AI Enablement in New York City. This role leads the US P&O analytics strategy, turning data into actionable insights using Power BI, AI tools, and employee survey data to inform workforce decisions.

You will shape AI use-cases, govern data quality, and build predictive workforce planning models while partnering with People Operations, Tech, and HRBPs. Hybrid work with three days on-site in Midtown.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Insights, or related fields.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and business outcomes.
• Experience with AI initiatives in HR and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Define the US P&O analytics roadmap and standard dashboards.
• Translate workforce data into insights and predictive models for planning.
• Lead AI use-case framing, tool selection, and responsible AI governance.
• Partner with People Operations, Tech, and HR business partners to drive adoption.
