Job summary

CHANEL in New York City seeks a Senior Manager, People Analytics, Insights & AI Enablement to lead analytics strategy for HR. You will define AI needs with People Operations, develop insights, and shape the future P&O operating model through innovative AI tools and data storytelling.

With 7+ years in People Analytics or HR, you will drive dashboards, predictive models, and data governance, partnering across OD&E CoE, US P&O, Tech, and Global teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR, or Process Insights.
• Hands-on expertise with AI, Power BI, and related tools.
• Experience turning data into decisions and building predictive models.

Responsibilities

• Define the people analytics roadmap and dashboards across US.
• Translate workforce data into insights and actionable recommendations.
• Build predictive models for workforce planning (retention, capacity, scenarios).
• Define P&O technology strategy and AI use-case framing.
• Guide responsible, human-centered AI use within P&O.
