Damien Center in Indianapolis seeks a Senior Program Manager for Patient Access Services to lead registration, call center, referrals and financial counseling workflows across medical and behavioral health teams. You will standardize processes, drive performance dashboards, and improve patient experience while ensuring compliance and high-quality access to care.

The role oversees two managers and five staff, directing performance, training, and policy development within a Federally Qualified

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of experience in patient access, preferably at an FQHC or ambulatory setting.
• Indiana Navigator license and CAC required or obtained within 90 days of hiring.
• MGMA certification preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) language proficiency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Owns the department-wide performance dashboard, including definitions, targets and KPIs.
• Leads registration, scheduling, call center, front office, referral and financial counseling access points.
• Provides leadership and oversight for patient registration operations with accurate demographic and insurance data.
• Leads improvement initiatives for registration workflows based on audits and payer requirements.
• Establishes team expectations for front-end revenue cycle responsibilities and training.
• Oversees call center operations and quality reviews to improve service and KPIs.
• Manages referrals documentation, authorization, transmission, scheduling and closure.
• Supervises the Patient Access Manager and Financial Counseling Manager, with coaching and performance reviews.
