Providence is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the Admissions Department and ER Registration for a busy 24/7 Level II Trauma Center. You will drive patient access experiences, strengthen caregiver relations, and develop teams to sustain operational excellence across key entry points.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years in an integrated healthcare system with at least 3 years in management.
• Experience with Revenue Cycle processes focusing on Front End (Registration, Scheduling, Insurance Verification).
• Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA, CMS, JC, EMTALA and related regulations.
• Experience standardizing complex practices and implementing process improvements.
• Proven ability to design flexible staffing and cross-training to optimize productivity.
• Experience mentoring and coaching staff.
