Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years at a SaaS company in a customer or partner-facing role.
• Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build strong customer or partner relationships.
• Flexible with changing duties and responsibilities.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Passion for training partners and internal teams.
• Interest in collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-lasting relationships—manage a book of business and key stakeholder relationships.
• Become a virtual member of partners' teams and show them how to improve workflows with Rippling.
• Increase adoption by driving feature rollouts for partners.
• Offer white-glove service with personalized guidance and enablement.
• Triage critical customer and partner issues to resolution as Rippling liaison.
• Become a product expert for partners and coworkers.
• Build cross-functional ties across Rippling.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to build new features and improve the partner experience.
• Hold partners accountable to success through business reviews with Channel AEs.
