Job summary

Ziply Fiber seeks a Senior Manager, Outside Plant (OSP) Construction to launch and scale fiber builds in Fargo and nearby markets. You will lead field operations, coordinate contractor crews and internal teams, and drive safety, cost controls, and schedule adherence.

Ideal candidates have extensive FTTH OSP experience, proven leadership, and the ability to deliver homes-passed targets while maintaining quality and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of OSP experience, including splicing and construction.
• Minimum of five years in leadership/people management.
• Experience managing budgets.
• Willingness to travel across markets.

Responsibilities

• Stand up new market operations including contractor onboarding and build readiness.
• Staffing, budgets (capex/opex), schedules and safety/quality oversight.
• Oversee scheduling with contractors, property managers, customers and vendors.
• Coordinate with municipalities and pole owners in new markets.
• Oversee bidding, negotiation and approval of construction contracts.
• Align engineering to maintain continuous construction flow.
