Job summary

CRS Temporary Housing seeks a Senior Manager, Operational Excellence to own and improve the health of the company’s operational processes, ensuring measurable, scalable workflows. The role partners with the EVP of Operations to identify time, cost, and quality losses, validate root causes with data, and drive sustainable, data-driven improvements across senior leadership.

The position requires strong financial acumen, excellent communication, and the ability to influence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain end-to-end operational process maps from claim assignment to closure.
• Design scalable processes for new lines of business and readiness criteria.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks and opportunities; drive improvements with leadership.
