Job summary

RXO is seeking a Senior Director of Operational Excellence in Phoenix to lead the company’s continuous improvement efforts. You will drive the Operational Excellence Management System, guide cross-functional process improvements, and champion data-driven decision making to deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities include piloting new tools, aligning projects with strategy, and mentoring teams to sustain improvements across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Senior leader overseeing Operational Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong change management, Lean/Six Sigma, and KPI reporting experience.
• Ability to drive large-scale programs across complex operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and maturation of an Operational Excellence Management System.
• Develop, measure and improve processes and technology for efficiency.
• Track KPIs, analyze data, and report results to leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional improvement events and projects.
• Act as change agent, aligning initiatives with business strategy.
