Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Onboarding Programs to lead and scale onboarding for new sales hires in a fast-growing IT-focused organization. The role defines ramp expectations, readiness milestones, and success metrics to improve time-to-productivity, quota attainment, and retention.

Remote position with a leadership role shaping cross-functional onboarding, leveraging data-driven insights, and integrating AI tools to accelerate learning and performance.

Competenze

• 3+ years in a revenue-generating role (e.g., SDR, AE, SE, or CSM)
• 5+ years in onboarding or enablement program management, ideally building programs from scratch
• Proficient in data analysis linking onboarding to ramp speed and quota attainment
• Skilled in Salesforce and Gong for performance analysis
• Excellent communicator capable of managing onboarding communications independently
• Proven track record of managing a program solo with measurable outcomes

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Onboarding Programs to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will shape and scale onboarding for new sales hires within a fast-growing commercial organization. The Senior Manager will define ramp expectations, readiness milestones, and success metrics that improve time-to-productivity, quota attainment, and retention. This person will also partner closely with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure onboarding programs are relevant, data-driven, and aligned to business needs.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
