The Senior Operations Manager will oversee non-clinical, day-to-day operations across multiple healthcare facilities. This individual will drive consistency across sites, ensure adherence to policies, workflows, and operational standards, and serve as the primary escalation point for complex operational issues.


Key Responsibilities


  • Multi-Site Operations: Overseational management across multiple locations; enforce standardized workflows and policies; serve as an escalation point for site-level issues; track operational KPIs and analyze performance trends; assist with new facility launches and expansion initiatives.

  • Compliance & Administration: Maintain alignment with internal policies alongside federal, state, and local healthcare regulations; support audit preparation, vendor contract tracking, and administrative reporting for executive leadership.

  • Process Improvement: Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions; draft, update, and review quarterly Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); lead cross-functional efficiency projects and strategic leadership initiatives.

  • Team Leadership: Directly manage and mentor site-level operations administrative personnel; oversee onboarding, performance management, and team accountability across all assigned facilities.
