We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager I to lead daily operations across 1-3 busy outpatient clinics, ensuring exceptional patient care, operational excellence, and financial performance. This role is responsible for managing clinic staff, driving patient satisfaction, supporting provider growth, optimizing workflows, and leading strategic initiatives that improve efficiency and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for 1-3 clinics, supporting high patient volumes and multiple providers.
- Lead, coach, and develop clinic staff while managing scheduling, attendance, performance, and employee engagement.
- Drive operational efficiency by optimizing provider schedules, patient access, workflow processes, and EHR utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and organizational policies and procedures.
- Manage clinical and administrative inventory, purchasing, equipment maintenance, and facility operations.
- Partner with leadership to execute growth strategies, improve market presence, and support provider onboarding/offboarding.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue optimization, patient collections, and cost-control initiatives.
- Resolve patient concerns and implement initiatives that enhance the overall patient experience.
- Develop and deliver staff training programs, onboarding plans, and ongoing operational education.
- Foster strong relationships with providers, vendors, community partners, and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of healthcare operations or medical practice management experience, preferably in a multi-provider clinic environment.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving operational performance.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, financial management, staffing, and patient experience initiatives.
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
